Additional characteristics include 2,000 feet of wet dock area, crane capacity of 150 tons, 18,000 square feet of office space, 17,000 square-foot construction slab, 7,000 square-feet carpenter shop, and a full-service machine shop, Bollinger propeller service and electrical services offering 24-hour service.
