Martin brings 18 years of leadership experience at Fortune 150 companies
LOCKPORT, La. – Bollinger Shipyards, a leading designer and builder of military and commercial vessels, today announced the appointment of Allan Martin as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Martin will lead the company’s human capital strategy, aligning workforce development with Bollinger’s long-term vision and business objectives.
Martin brings more than 18 years of leadership experience at Fortune 150 companies, most recently serving in a senior human resources role at Lumen Technologies.

Martin is a seasoned HR executive with a diverse background across talent management, HR business partnering, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, and performance management. He also brings deep expertise in Lean methodologies and operational effectiveness. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives focused on culture transformation, leadership development, and large-scale organizational strategy.
