Through training, collaboration, and meaningful work, participants are better prepared for their future careers.

WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS

Interns will have access to workshops and training sessions aimed at developing technical skills, such as software proficiency or process optimization, as well as soft skills like communication and teamwork. They will also receive training on the programs and tools used daily by the Engineering Department, ensuring they are equipped to contribute effectively to team members.

FINAL PRESENTATION

At the end of the internship, interns will present their contributions and experiences to the department, providing a chance to showcase their work and reflect on their learning. They will also create a flow process on each stage of an engineering product’s life cycle, including conception, functional design, production design, and release. This project will highlight key milestones, major objectives, and interactions between different team members or departments at each stage.
