Bollinger recognizes that problems, misunderstandings and frustrations may arise in the workplace. It is the intent of the company to be responsive to our employees and their concerns. Therefore, an employee who is confronted with a problem or concern is encouraged to use the ethics hotline.

Using Our Hotline

This is a completely anonymous service employees can use to report activities that may involve violations of Bollinger Shipyards Ethics Policy, Code of Conduct Policy, or other company Policies.

Bollinger Shipyards will not tolerate any retaliation for reports made in good faith.

Bollinger Employee Relief Fund:

Bollinger established the Bollinger Employee Relief Fund, which will help cover the qualified essential and emergency needs of our employees throughout their recovery.
