POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Outfitter Leaderman with at least 5 years of ship or structural fitting experience. The candidate will direct and oversee their workforce to ensure the successful Outfitting components for assigned vessels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of ship or structural fitting experience
SKILLS
- Able to interpret standard construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of fitting specific processes and techniques
- Familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors
- Strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and coordinates related craft activities for assigned workstation
- Develops, reviews, and maintains maintenance projects or construction plans, schedules, budgets and other essential records as it relates to assigned workstation
