POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic/Motor Rewinder with experience breaking down mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, and generators, or completion of mechanic courses or a degree program. The candidate will break down, inspect, and repair mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, and generators. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, be proficient with mechanic and precision tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience breaking down mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, and generators, or completion of mechanic courses or a degree program
- Proficiency in using mechanical and precision tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Armature experience is a plus
SKILLS
- Strong mechanical skills and understanding of mechanical equipment
- Proficiency with mechanical and precision tools
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to mechanical repairs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Break down mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, and generators for inspection and repair
- Use mechanic and precision tools to perform repairs and maintenance
- Perform rewinding of motors and other related tasks
