POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Leaderman (Crane & Rigging) with at least 7 years of proven experience in mobile crane operation, rigging, load chart calculations and planning critical lifts within an industrial environment. The candidate will be responsible for directing and overseeing their workforce. This leadership role demands a focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental standards throughout the shipbuilding process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in mobile crane operation, rigging, load chart calculations and planning critical lifts within an industrial environment
- Mobile crane certification with experience in operating lattice boom and crawler cranes in addition to cherry pickers and forklifts
SKILLS
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed
- Must have basic computer skills
