POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated IT Intern to support Project Management (PMO) that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate will assist with IT project delivery by supporting planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities across multiple initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
SKILLS
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, such as programming languages, database management, and cybersecurity
- Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with company personnel
- Adaptable to new technologies and new situations
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage your workload effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and improve your skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with maintaining project schedules, action items, and status reports
- Support project documentation, templates, and meeting notes
- Help track risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Assist with milestone and deliverable reporting
- Observe and support project governance and review meetings
