POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated IT Intern to support Data Sciences that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate will support data-driven decision-making by assisting with data analysis, reporting, and documentation that transform raw data into actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
SKILLS
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, such as programming languages, database management, and cybersecurity
- Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally with company personnel
- Adaptable to new technologies and new situations
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage your workload effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to learn and improve your skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with data collection, cleansing, and validation
- Support development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Help document data definitions, sources, and analytics processes
- Assist with basic querying or scripting under supervision
- Support data governance and data quality initiatives
