POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator with at least 1–3 years of performing Human Resources functions. The candidate will support the day-to-day Human Resources functions of the facility. This role ensures a smooth employee experience while supporting data integrity and administrative needs across multiple departments (i.e. Quality and Training) within the facility.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1–3 years of performing Human Resources functions
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
SKILLS
- Good communication, customer service, presentation, and organizational skills along with being self-motivated
- Should have a general knowledge of employment laws and Human Resources policies, procedures with familiarity of the I-9 process
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must have basic computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
- Experience with HRIS systems and database management preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Desire to advance into future supervisory role
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Point of contact for HR visitors
- Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems
