POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Intern that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in engineering or related degree field. This opportunity is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional, real-world environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related degree field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
SKILLS
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint, or similar software, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to data management process improvements by assisting with analysis, organization, and optimization of project data workflows
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics, providing valuable insights to project stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards
