POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Electrical Engineer with at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent four years Electrical Design Experience. The candidate will perform Engineering design and oversee the manufacture, construction and installation of shipboard electrical systems specifically in the areas of power distribution, automation, control systems and electronics.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent four years Electrical Design Experience
SKILLS
- Familiarity with CFR, ABS, NVIC, USCG, MIL-STD, IEEE rules, and other applicable regulations required
- Candidate must be self-motivated, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work with various one-lines, wiring diagrams and schedules
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integration and development of calculations, system level diagrams, I/O schedules, functional design diagrams, and termination drawings in addition to supporting all production and testing activities
- Coordinate and integrate with primary system and multiple subsystems manufactures to ensure proper and complete interface among all systems
