POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician with at least 5 years of experience working as a Maintenance Electrician. The candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment aboard vessels and in the shipyard.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Maintenance Electrician
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of electrical system operations, components, and job-related tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Familiarity with all phases of marine electrical work, from design through installation and testing
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on marine vessels
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure proper operation of electrical systems by using tools, gauges, meters, and testing equipment
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during all electrical work
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
