PROGRAM DETAILS

This program offers participants an hourly wage for 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday. A potential pay raise will be evaluated after the successful completion of the program. The Bollinger Bootcamp spans over 14 weeks beginning with technical training then transitions to on-site immersion at Bollinger Shipyards. The Integrated Logistics Support Bootcamp is a 4-week program hosted at the Gulfport Training Facility. Participants will also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation pay, and paid holidays.

Yes! Throughout the program, you will be paid an hourly wage for 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. After successfully completing the program, a potential pay raise will be evaluated.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. No prior experience is required to apply.

The Bollinger Bootcamps begin with technical training at MGCCC, Fletcher Technical College, or our Gulfport Training Facility, then the program transitions to on-site immersion at Bollinger Shipyards.
