PROGRAM DETAILS

This program offers participants $16 per hour for 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday. A potential pay raise will be evaluated after the successful completion of the program. The full program spans 14 weeks, with the first 12 weeks conducted at MGCCC/Fletcher Tech and the final 2 weeks completed at Bollinger Shipyards. Participants will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation pay, and paid holidays.

Yes! Throughout the 14-week program, you will be paid $16/hr, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. No prior experience is required to apply.

The program spans a total of 14 weeks. The first 12 weeks will be at MGCCC or Fletcher Technical College, with the final two weeks being at a Bollinger Shipyards facility.
