Ethics Hotline

Bollinger recognizes that problems, misunderstandings and frustrations may arise in the workplace. It is the intent of the company to be responsive to our employees and their concerns. Therefore, an employee who is confronted with a problem or concern is encouraged to use the ethics hotline.

Using Our Hotline

This is a completely anonymous service employees can use to report activities that may involve violations of Bollinger Shipyards Ethics Policy, Code of Conduct Policy, or other company Policies.

Bollinger Shipyards will not tolerate any retaliation for reports made in good faith.

  • Theft of company property
  • Gross mismanagement
  • Harassment in any form
  • Data piracy
  • Violation of health and safety laws
  • Drugs, alcohol or weapons in the workplace
  • Improper, unethical, illegal or fraudulent conduct
  • Waste, including waste of funds
  • Gross neglect of job duties
  • Discrimination in any form
  • Thefts, bribes or kickbacks Violation of environmental laws
  • Workers unauthorized to work in the U.S.
  • Workers working under a false identity
