A Provisioning & Configuration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of provisioning & configuration personnel in ensuring that prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Responsibilities also include communicating with other departments to ensure projects are properly aligned in addition to interfacing with external customers and vendors. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and have outstanding leadership, organizational and communication skills. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and needs to understand both the military’s system configuration and provisioning processes. Candidate must have four (4) years of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) experience in addition to proven supervisory experience. Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access) in addition to being able to review and comprehend engineering (CAD) drawings. Must be able to supervise multiple individuals, be a team leader, and act as the technical adviser for the provisioning and configuration group. Previous supervisory experience and an Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field are a plus.
