Bollinger has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Representative who will provide general Human Resources and recruiting support to hiring managers and HR teams across all Bollinger facilities.
Key responsibilities of the position will include generating and analyzing HR reports and data; conducting research; participating in internal investigations; as well as supporting our recruiting efforts by assisting with the development and implementation of professional and craft recruitment programs and recruitment-related advertising, ad copy and brochures; the development and maintenance of professional and educational networks, contacts and outreach institutions to help identify and source high quality candidates; the initiation, contact, screening and follow up with possible qualified candidates for specific openings and representing and speaking on behalf of the Company at job fairs, career days, school functions, tours, etc.
The requirements of the position are as follows:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience in an industrial and/or professional work environment;
- Must have proven experience using social media and internet applications in sourcing candidates;
- Must have a general knowledge of employment laws;
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Must have good communication, presentation, public speaking and organizational skills;
- Must have intermediate computer skills using MS Office programs such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, etc.;
- Must be willing to travel and work from remote facilities at times;
- Experience using digital editing software (i.e. Microsoft Publisher, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) to create flyers and social media advertisements is a plus; and
- A B.S. degree or HR professional designation is a plus.
