Bollinger Shipyards Operations Support department is seeking an HSE Compliance Specialist to support all Bollinger facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of OSHA and other local, state and federal rules and regulations. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring company safety programs and conducting surveys to ensure regulatory compliance and achieve Company HSE goals. Candidates must have a B.S. in Occupational Safety or related technical field, a minimum of seven (7) years working experience in HSE compliance, and the ability to manage multi-location programs. Must also be highly motivated, communicate effectively, and be proficient in using MS Office applications. Maritime Industry experience, a plus. Additional locations include: Lockport, Harvey and Mandeville, LA.
