Oversee daily business and operations of CHAND’s Mississippi division. Responsibilities of the position include some of the following: Manages budgets, develops strategic plans, creates policies, communicates business goals, reviews bids/estimates, develops manning schedules, coordinates with all basic shipyard functional departments (i.e. engineering, estimating, HR, production) in supporting all current and future programs. Candidate must have ten (10) years’ experience in ILS and ten (10) years’ within a managerial role. Must be an outstanding leader and motivator for a newly developed team in support of current and future Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Contracts. Candidate must also have excellent communication and problem solving skills along with ability to multi-task and handle large volumes of work in a fast pace environment. Proficiency in using standard software (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) and a thorough understanding of ILS and Supply Support management are required.
