Corporate Security Director

Pascagoula, MS

Responsibilities include administering security measures, policies and procedures in compliance with Federal standards, industry programs, and company security requirements.  Conducts program audits and inspections to assess, identify, and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps. Manages and maintains systems and other security measures for the physical safety of all visitors, employees, customers, property and assets. Implements security training and communications for effective security management. Establishes operational plans for preparedness, crisis response, recovery, and other emergency events.  Possesses a broad knowledge of Government directives, relevant Federal regulations, and program specifications.

 

Ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years’ experience in security management within the military or in a similar leadership role OR a minimum of 5 years’ experience in industry security program management in addition to having a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security or a closely related field.   Must have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of NISPOM, and expertise in one or more of the following security disciplines: personnel, industrial or program operations.  Experience within the role of CFSO and/or ITPSO is a plus.  Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance. Mandeville, LA is also a location option.
