A Configuration Status Accountant (CSA) Coordinator is responsible for recording and reporting the configuration data to ensure that information needed to manage each configuration item during all life cycle phases are properly captured. The CSA Coordinator is also responsible for analyzing and understanding functional data requirements supplied by customers. The qualified candidate must have at least one (1) year of experience in logistics support for shipbuilding or related field in addition to being knowledgeable in database administration and maintenance using software such as Microsoft Access, SQL Server, or Oracle. Must have good communication and organizational skills in addition to having intermediate skills using basic computer software such as MS Excel, MS Word, etc. Knowledge of Ships Work Breakdown Structure (SWBS) and a college degree preferred.
