REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 months of Aluminum Gas Metal Arc Welding with Pulse (GMAW-P) experience in addition to Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW) experience.
  • Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on welding test in the following positions:
    • 3G/4G aluminum (GMAW-P) pulse welding test:
      • 3G position (vertical) with uphill progression.
      • 4G position entirely in the overhead position.
    • Flux Core (FCAW) welding test:
      • 3G position (vertical) with uphill progression.
      • 4G position entirely in the overhead position.
