Tugs

The Bollinger library of tugs range from 90 feet to 150 feet in length. The registered tonnage available range from less than 100GT (US reg.) to less than 200GT (ITC). The tugs with greater than 500GT (ITC) registered tonnage are equipped with either a SOLAS package or a SOLAS ready package dependent on the customers requirements. Vessel designs are for specific applications such as interlocking with a ocean going barge in an ATB (Articulated Tug Barge) configuration, Ocean Towing on the hawser, Anchor handling, Ship-docking and Fire Fighting.

The tugs range in horse power from 2,000 BHP to 10,000 BHP. Bollinger has designed and built triple screw and twin screw tugs dependent on the needs developed by the customer.
