Interesting Fact: Chocolate is as healthy as fruit, yet there is currently a shortage in cacao trees to meet the demand of global chocolate consumption.



1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

¼ tsp. dried thyme

¼ cup water

¼ tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. sugar

¼ tsp. salt

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. dried basil leaves


Combine all ingredients in a small pot. Cook over medium heat until sauce starts to boil. Lower heat and

simmer covered for 30-45minutes or until it is as thick as you like it. Makes enough for 2 pizzas or dipping for bread sticks.

1 qt. mayonnaise

½ tsp. white wine Worcestershire

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Tabasco to taste

Shallot, chopped fine

2 tsp. chili powder

1 onion, chopped fine

lemon juice

Dill pickles to taste, chopped fine

½ cup ketchup


Put all in a blender and blend on medium speed. Great on salads or with seafood.
