Lockport,
Louisiana, - Bollinger Shipyards, Inc., Lockport, Louisiana,
has announced the promotion of Jodi Satches to Vice President of the newly
established Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Department. As vice
president, Satches will now assume overall responsibility for safety operations
as well as maintain her duties with environmental services.
The announcement was made by Donald "Boysie" Bollinger, Bollinger chief
executive officer, who said, "Jodi's leadership ability and operational
experience make an excellent fit for this new position. She has demonstrated
time and time again to be an effective manager and key player on the Bollinger
management team."
Satches joined Bollinger in 2005 as Director of Environmental
Services. She holds a Bachelors of Science – Microbiology, and a Masters of
Science – Environmental Toxicology from Louisiana State University.
